Ivan Yankovsky was born in Moscow on October 30, 1990. The boy grew up as an ordinary child, without much craving for acting. He, like many of his peers, dreamed of surfing space. In addition, he had an inexplicable craving for supernatural phenomena, which has persisted to this day. In one of his interviews, the actor said that he does not deny the existence of parallel worlds. During his school years, he tried himself in sports, but he did not stay in any of the chosen directions for a long time. Closer to adolescence, genes leapt, and the young man decided to devote his life to cinema.
For the first time, Ivan appeared on the set at the age of 10. Then he played the role of an angel in the film "Come to see me." Despite the fact that the director was his grandfather, the boy passed the casting on his own.
After the ninth grade, Ivan decided to enter the Moscow Film School. During his studies, he, together with his classmates, managed to visit many countries of the world, where they worked on a documentary film. Then she studied at GITIS at the directing and acting department. Everywhere Ivan had to break through on his own - mentors did not give him indulgences.
In 2008, Yankovsky starred in the fantastic film "Indigo". The debut was unsuccessful: film critics smashed the idea of the project and the work of the actors to smithereens.
