Vladimir was born on June 6, 1967. Later, the family moved from Moscow to Potsdam (Germany), where Volodya's father began to serve. Creative career

In 1990, Vladimir Politov appeared in the group, the duet quickly became famous. In 1991, Vyacheslav Zherebkin and Vladimir Asimov were recruited into the group. The schedule was busy, rehearsals and tours took a lot of time.

In 1996, Lyovkin began his studies at GITIS as a director, after 2 years he left "Na-Na". In 1997, the musician took part in the filming of the video for Osin. A year later, Vladimir began to communicate with Oksana Oleshko, a member of the "Hi-Fi" collective. They were together for 5 years. When Lyovkin fell seriously ill, Oksana left him. At that time, the musician was supported by Alina Yarovikova, a famous model, but then they parted.

In 2012, Lyovkin married again, his wife was Marina Ichetovkina, an actress. In 2013, they had a daughter, Nick.
