Peter Krause (full name Peter William) is an American actor, producer, screenwriter and director. He was nominated twice for the Golden Globe and three times for the Emmy. Started working in television in 1987. He played his first role in the horror film "Bloody Harvest".
In the creative biography of Krause, there are more than sixty roles in television and film projects. He produced Civic Responsibility as well as thirteen episodes of Dirty Wet Money and sixteen episodes of 911 Rescue Service. The future actor was born in the USA in the summer of 1965. His parents worked as high school teachers. Peter has a brother, Michael, and a sister, Amy.
From early childhood, the boy was passionate about sports. He did gymnastics, weightlifting, pole vaulting, baseball. He also participated in many competitions and was going to build a professional sports career. But his injuries prevented him from realizing his dream.
After graduation, Peter continued his education at Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota. He first chose a medical specialty. But a year later he transferred to the department of English literature, having received a bachelor's degree after graduation.
Already in his student years, Peter became interested in creativity and began performing on stage. Krause continued his professional training in acting at the Tisch Theater School at the University of New York. As a result, he received a Master of Fine Arts degree.

Krause came to prominence after the release of Aaron Sorkin's Sports Night, where he played the role of sports commentator Casey McCall.
But real glory awaited him a little later. Peter got the lead role in the cult project "The Client is Always Dead". The famous series started in 2001. A total of five episodes were filmed.
