Michael Ironside (Frederic Reginald Ironside) is a Canadian film actor, director, screenwriter, producer, voice actor for video games and cartoons, who has spent many years in cinematography, starring in dozens of films and TV series.

Perhaps this is due to the fact that he performed his first successful role in the film "Scanners", where he embodied on the screen the image of the telepathic Darryl Revok, who uses his abilities to gain power and gradually forgets about his real destiny. Michael was born in Canada, in the winter of 1950, into a large family. His mother was a housekeeper and his father was an electrical worker.
