The power of the country lies in the production of competitive goods, services, works. Manufacturing is located primarily in cities. The city swallows up villages. But the city and the village cannot live without. That is why a state program should be adopted and developed for the development of the countryside, for granting benefits to rural intelligentsia, for the revival of churches.
Instructions
Step 1
Draw a circle of villages you want to raise. Some villages are dying because young people have left because of lack of work, there are no roads, no infrastructure. There are also some villages that die for other reasons. Among them are bad ecology, harsh climate, inaccessibility. We need to think about whether it makes sense to revive such villages. Explore the experience of areas and districts where settlements cannot be classified as dying.
Step 2
Develop and submit to the Duma for approval an interdepartmental state program for the revival of the village. Find associates - entrepreneurs, bankers, statesmen, just an active community. Create a Village Rescue Committee. Establish a charitable foundation, the funds of which will be directed to the rescue and development of villages.
Step 3
Agree with the state structures on the financing procedure within the framework of the state program for the revival of the village. Build roads, kindergartens, schools. Provide an affordable opportunity to build their own homes for families who wish to move to the village and farm. Provide these farms with land plots for grazing, processing and growing crops.
Step 4
Create an accessible and understandable farm lending program. Give loans to farms for the purchase of livestock, seeds, machinery, and fuel.
Step 5
Raise the level of education and health care in the village. Send teachers from among the best to the villages under special state programs on business trips. Develop a program of benefits for rural intelligentsia - teachers and doctors, cultural workers. Help the rural community build a temple.
