Often, due to the debt of work or if necessary, we need to get in touch with a particular company, organization or institution. Typically, these companies have representatives - employees who represent their interests in a specific geographic area. In order to get in touch with these employees, it is enough to do just a few simple steps.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, find the contacts of the head office of the company or any representative office if you cannot find the contacts of the central office. To do this, use the Internet.
Step 2
Write a letter to the representative you can find, or to the head office with a formal request for the contact details of the representative in charge of your region. It is possible that you can find the contact details of the representative yourself - then the need for further steps will disappear by itself, but if you cannot find, then write a letter and wait for an answer.
Step 3
After two days, if you have not received an answer, write a second letter. If in this case you were not given an answer, call the contacts that you found and ask to be switched either to the person responsible for the regional network, or directly to the representative.
Step 4
If you were transferred to the head office, describe the situation to the person in charge, request his contact details and let him know that you will duplicate the letter to him by e-mail and you will wait for the representative's contacts in the reply letter.
