This is especially true for students who must, without any reservations, get to classes at the right time.

Step 1
Among full-time students of the capital's universities, the method of paying for travel in the metro and ground transport using a smart card has become very popular. It is called a student's social card. To obtain a travel document for transport, obtain an application form from the trade union committee of the educational institution.
Step 2
Fill out the application form in block letters, without punctuation marks, carefully, using the details of your passport, insurance policy and student ID. Word hyphenation and corrections are not allowed. Fill in the form with a pen of the same color. It can be black or blue, but not red, green or others. Attach a 3x4 cm black and white photo to your application.
Step 3
Bring the completed application form to your institution's trade union committee. Keep in mind that carelessly written, crumpled forms will not be accepted from you. A correctly completed form will be certified with the signature and seal of the educational institution. In about 2 days, in the same trade union committee of the university, you will receive your application for the issuance of a smart card to you.
Step 4
Submit the form filled in and certified by the official seal of the university to the special ticket office of the metro station located along the route to your place of study. Usually there is an inscription “Reception of questionnaires” above it. This must be done to you personally, since the travel documents were issued in your name, the photo is yours. The cashier will visually assess the authenticity of the photo. Have your passport and student ID with you. The cashier will check the data of the completed form with your official documents and issue a back of the form.
Step 5
In 2 weeks go to the same ticket office of the metro station and receive a smart card using the presented stub. Put money on this card for the next calendar month. If you came at the beginning of the month - then for the current month.
Step 6
Please note that the card is valid for 5 years. Expelled students lose the right to use the smart card. After leaving the academic leave, the student again fills out the application form for registration of travel documents, which are issued to him before the date of graduation from the educational institution.
