Step 1
Parcels are divided into two categories: simple and declared value. To send any of them, prepare a mailbox, newspapers, ballpoint pen, passport. Pack all items to be shipped (it is best to do this at home in a relaxed environment). Place all items so that they do not break, crush, or leak. Use cellophane and foam. Make sure that the items in the box are not loose, but are packed tightly. If there are voids, then fill them with newspapers. When laying, keep in mind that the box should close freely, and its sides should not protrude outward. If your packaging is deformed, it will simply not be accepted at the post office.

Make an inventory for the parcel, be sure to in two copies. Put one in the parcel, the other will remain with you with the signature of the postal worker.

Fill in the form for the parcel indicating the index, address, full name. recipient. On the same form, indicate your own address, passport details (yours). Rate the shipment. Write the cost, how much do you estimate the contents of the parcel, in capital letters, and repeat the same cost in brackets in numbers.

On the box, write the address, ZIP code of the recipient and the sender. There are special places for these records, they indicate what and how to sign. Do not tape the parcel, the operator will do it.

As soon as you finish all this preparatory work, return the package, form, inventory and your passport to the operator. He will glue the box (or bag) with special mailing tape, weigh it and issue a check. The check must contain the same data as on the parcel and the form, the cost of the parcel, the cost of mail services and the number of your parcel.

Pay for postage services, do not forget to take back your passport. That's all. After a while, your family will receive your gifts.
