Isabella Heathcote is an Australian actress with a rather memorable appearance. She has rather modest roles on her account, but critics believe that this charming woman is still ahead. She is familiar to the Russian audience from the films "The Man in the High Castle", "Fifty Shades Darker" and "Zombie Pride and Prejudice".
Biography
The actress was born in Melbourne at the end of May 1987. Her father is a lawyer who did not at all want a film career for his daughter. In his opinion, a child first needs to get a serious profession, and then engage in creativity, which can hardly bring good money. But he was not a tyrant, realizing that his daughter would still do her own thing.
Bella danced and sang from early childhood, and when she was 12 years old, friends took her to private lessons in speech and drama at school. Soon, all the friends of the future actress abandoned these classes, and she continued to attend them, despite the slight disapproval of her strict father.
By the end of school, the girl dreamed of moving to Hollywood, but her father insisted that she first receive a "more serious" education. Bella worked part-time in his firm as a legal assistant and was waiting for her finest hour.
Film career
In 2008, a horror crime film from director John Hewitt “The Servants” about a company of teenagers and a serial killer was released on screens in Australia. One of the main characters was played by young Bella Heathcote. The film won several prestigious awards at once, and the actress was noticed, and in 2010, as a gifted young artist, she was awarded the Heath Ledger scholarship, which helped the girl fulfill her dream - to move to Los Angeles and get an acting education.
In 2011, Bella played the wife of one of the main characters in the fantastic thriller Time, but despite the solid efforts spent on filming the picture, she failed at the box office. The following year became more successful for the actress - she received two prestigious cinematographic awards for her participation in the youth drama about show business "Don't disappear" directed and written by David Chase.
In 2016, Heathcote joined the cast of The Man in the High Castle, and the following year brought her fame after working in Fifty Shades Darker, the sequel to the hit Fifty Shades of Gray. Currently, Heathcote is involved in the filming of the series "Strange Angel" about the occult and American rocketry.
Personal life
In 2017, Isabella announced her engagement to director Andrew Dominic, who is 20 years her senior. They have been together since 2010. Bella dreams of a family and a child, but so far her work does not allow her to come to grips with her personal life. Despite the fact that Hitcote took part in the shows of "Dior", in everyday life she prefers simple things: men's shirts, sports jackets and loose trousers. Bella actively communicates with her fans on social networks, telling all the news about her hobbies and work.
