Alexey Oleinik was born in the city of Kharkov on June 25, 1977. Attractive and persistent, Lyosha began to practice martial arts from childhood. Parents were not against his hobby, which later grew into professional sports. Alexey Oleinik is a citizen of 2 countries - Ukraine and Russia. But his name is most often associated, of course, with Russia.
Alexey spent his initial professional fight in 1996 and since then has only supplemented the list of his successes with new awards. The most important moment in his career was the fight with Jeff Monson for Alexey. Although it did not end in favor of Oleinik, the result, according to experts, was not decisive. Numerous spectators are sure that in a fight with a real ring professional, Oleinik proved that he is able to fight on equal terms, which he demonstrated in this fight. The following sparrings ended for a long time with victories of Alexey Alekseevich Oleinik. Alexei played with broken ribs in a duel with an athlete from Croatia Mirko Filipovich. And, despite this, he achieved victory, since the fight was very important for Alexei. Doctors insisted on canceling the fight due to the fact that the broken ribs are in close proximity to the heart, but the victory over a well-known rival was the highest, Alexey Oleinik believed, continuing the fight. The highest success in this chain of victories is the revanchist duel with Jeff Monson. Oleinik won, finishing the fight with his favorite choke technique. It is worth highlighting one more success over a very serious opponent - Anthony Hamilton. All this indicates that Alexei's skill and physical fitness are at the highest level.
Career in "UFC"
In 2010 Alexey Oleinik was invited to the Billator Fighting Championship Grand Prix. After winning the 1⁄4 finals, he was defeated in the 1/2 finals to an opponent from the African Republic. There was a technical knockout, but in 1 round. After that, Alexei won a victory over the Croatian athlete by signing a lucrative agreement on cooperation with the organization of mixed martial arts. After the fight with Hamilton, Alexey took part in another fight at the end of autumn 2014 with a serious athlete Jared Rosholt. The battle was difficult, but it ended soon. In the 1st round, Oleinik knocked out his opponent and deservedly won with a clear advantage. It should be emphasized that at that time Aleksey was practically a resident of Ukraine. But at the weigh-in process, which took place before the fight, he came out in a T-shirt with the image of the head of state of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. After the end of the fight, namely, in December, Alexey Alekseevich acquired Russian citizenship, and he was extremely happy about this.
Life's work
Alexey Oleinik is currently working on the development of youth sports in Russia.
Together with his friend, and in the past rival in the ring with Jeff Monson, who became
also a citizen of Russia.
They carry out various complex events for the younger generation. The main task
is to interest as many children and adolescents as possible, to instill
