The future statesman of the Russian Federation was born in 1969, on May 28. The birthplace of Mikhail Babich is Ryazan. From a young age, Mikhail was preparing for a military career and firmly decided that he would become an officer.

And so it happened in the end. For several years Babich served in the KGB and Airborne Forces, including in responsible command positions. His track record also includes participation in active combat operations. Behind Mikhail Viktorovich is a communications school in Ryazan, from which Babich graduated in 1990.

Five years later, after completing his studies, Babich was made head of the Antey corporation. And already in 1998, Mikhail Viktorovich again took up raising the educational level, having entered the law faculty of the Moscow Institute of Economics, Management and Law. Then Babich took the position of one of the leaders of the Rosmyasomoltorg company.

Babich is married; he and his wife are raising four children.

Career in the service of the state

Since 1999, Mikhail Viktorovich has been in the civil service. He becomes Deputy Director General of the Federal Agency for Food Market Regulation. At the same time, Babich received a document on the completion of his studies at the Academy of Management. Financial management became his new specialty.

Success in fulfilling his duties in the service allowed Babich to become the first deputy of the government of the Moscow region. In 2001, Babich moved to a similar position in the administration of the Ivanovo region, where he worked until 2002.

Babich is a candidate of economic sciences. The topic of his qualifying scientific work was related to the improvement of the activities of the head of the enterprise when working with personnel.

In the fall of 2002, Mikhail Viktorovich was appointed head of the Chechen government. A year later, Babich transferred to the position of Assistant Minister of Economic Development of the country.

In December 2003, Babich joined the deputy corps, having received the coveted mandate from the Ivanovo region. In 2007 and 2011 he was re-elected as a State Duma deputy from the "United Russia".

Since 2011, Babich has represented the interests of the country's president in the Volga region. At the same time, he is responsible for the work of the state commission in charge of chemical disarmament. Soon Babich became a full-fledged state councilor of the 1st class.

At the end of the summer of 2018, Babich became the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Belarus. He was also responsible for the development of cooperation with the fraternal republic in the field of trade and economy. Currently, Mikhail Viktorovich is taking part in the implementation of the country's policy on the implementation of the Union Treaty, which was concluded between Russia and the Republic of Belarus.

A year later, M. Babich was returned to Moscow: he was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Economic Development. Mikhail Viktorovich was instructed to control the development of all contours of integration on the scale of the Union State.
