Shanina Shayk is an Australian model and actress who has collaborated with Sam Shipley, Jeff Halmos, Mara Hoffman and many others in the world of haute couture. At first, she became the leading model in her country, and then conquered the world catwalks.
Biography
Shanina Shayk was born on February 11, 1991 in the Australian city of Melbourne. Her father Hanif Sheik is of Pakistani origin, and her mother, Kim Sheik, is Lithuanian. Shanina is not the only child in the family. She has a brother named Shay.

When the girl was eight years old, she first appeared in an advertisement for the Australian department store chain Myer. And then she acted as a model in a Hyundai commercial. But after entering high school, Shanina stopped acting and, thanks to an accelerated training program, graduated from school a year earlier than her peers.
Career and creativity
At the age of 15, Shanina Shayk took part in the Girlfriend Model Competition. And although the agents drew attention to the girl, her young age did not allow her to accept the invitation to move to Sydney.
A few years later, Shanina appeared in the reality show "Make Me a Supermodel" (2008), where she took second place. A year later, she made her debut at New York Fashion Week.
