Every government official receives his salary from the taxes of the citizens of the country, but sometimes the official does not understand this. And instead of serving the interests of those who pay him his salary, he is deviating from his direct duties. To force an official to work at his post, it is often necessary to resort to complaints against him to higher authorities.
Instructions
Step 1
If a conflict situation arises with an official or if he does not fulfill his direct duties, please file a complaint with the first higher organizations. For example, if you complain about the work of the head of your housing and communal services, then contact the city or district housing department, which manages your housing office.
Step 2
Turning to the higher authorities over the official usually makes him work and shifts the situation from a certain point. However, if complaints to such instances have not had any effect, contact the organizations that are above them in the management branch.
Step 3
Each branch of the bureaucratic power has its own higher organizations. So, complain about the executive power of the city to its Council, mayor's office, prefecture, to the Government of Russia, right up to the President.
Step 4
Representative offices of the parties of Russia, which are in every major city, as well as the Federation Council, deal with legislative issues.
Step 5
If a conflict has arisen in the judiciary, please contact the Prosecutor's Office of your city, region, the General Prosecutor's Office of the country, the city Investigative Committee or the Investigative Committee of the country.
Step 6
To help citizens in drawing up complaints and applications for unsatisfactory work of officials, special public organizations have been created, such as the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Society for the Protection of Consumer Rights, and Rospotrebnadzor.
