Idea of creation
The history of the team began in 2013 with an April Fool's joke from a video blogger from St. Petersburg Ilya Prusikin or Ilyich. He came up with a video for the single "Every Day I'm Drinking", recorded his creation and posted it on the network.
The video immediately attracted everyone's attention. All users were divided into two groups: one approved the satire, the other negatively commented on the actions of the guy and his friends. But not a single one was indifferent. The idea turned out to be successful.
Frontman and founder of the band Ilya Prusikin in 2003 began his musical career in the emo-rock band Tenkor. In 2013, the musician fully formed his own principles and created his own collective "Little big".
Successful start
The bright newcomers were invited to perform with the South African band Die Antwoord to warm up the hall. A month before the concert scheduled for July, the team recorded 6 new songs. The audience accepted all the compositions perfectly, and the guys were convinced that the group took place.
The guys presented their debut album to the audience at the end of March 2014. The team toured in Europe and was highly appreciated by the public. The video "Give Me Your Money" appeared in the beginning of autumn 2015. At the festival "Berlin Music Video Awards" the video became the third in the category "Best Performer".
The musicians presented a new collection "Funeral Rave" at the end of 2015. The album consisted of 9 tracks. The disc rose to the 8th line of the national iTunes chart to the fifth position on Google Play. One of the most provocative works of the team was the song and the video for it "Big Dick". The video instantly went viral.
New Achievements
The song "Polyushko Polye" was also included in the album. All the shots from the most beautiful parts of the country were filmed by the fans of the team, who sent their works to the musicians. Filmed in March 2017, "LollyBomb" in Los Angeles won the prize for best video. In 2017, the guys with the German electronic music team recorded the song "Nightlife".
The team's own label united "Little Big", with the domestic hardcore punk-folk group "The Hatters", singer Irina Smela, Prusikin's wife, performing under the pseudonym Tatarka, the "Bread" band, rapper Lizer and Israeli rave musicians "Orgonite" …
By 2018, the band's music was dominated by a mix of punk, rap and rave. This is noticeable in the collection "Antipositive". An electric guitar was added to the sound. The song "Skibidi" became a new hit.
In early 2020, the team starred in the horror film Go to Daddy in Hollywood. And on March 2, 2020 it became known that the musicians will become Russian representatives at Eurovision. On March 12, the catchy hit "Uno" sounded for the first time.
