Ryan Thomas Gosling was born in 1980 in the provincial Canadian town of London. The boy's father was a sales agent and was on the move, and his mother worked as a secretary. Gosling's childhood was not easy: in those rare moments that he spent with his parents, they quarreled and scandalized. They eventually filed for divorce in 1993. Both children, Ryan and his older sister Mandy, stayed with their mother.

All roles were episodic, but brought the young man closer to the career of a successful actor. He took part in more than 10 projects before he was given a serious role.
In 2001, Gosling made his big screen debut in The Fanatic. The young actor was able to bring to life the deep character of the controversial character. Gosling began to be invited to the main roles in serious drama films: "Law of the Slaughter", "Murder Count" and "United States of Leland." In 2004, the actor decided to try himself in a completely new role, agreeing to a role in the touching love drama "The Diary of Memory".

Nevertheless, after the release of the film, the young people declared themselves a couple. They met from 2004 to 2008, repeatedly parting and reuniting again. The 2008 parting was final.
After this novel, the actor had several fleeting relationships, but he met his true love in 2011. His new chosen one was Eva Mendes, a popular American actress. The couple already have two children in common, but they have not yet legalized their relationship.
