Chris Kelmi (Anatoly Kalinkin) is a popular Soviet and Russian performer and musician, author of over 200 songs. Chris's personal life has always been full of various, creative and scandalous events.
Biography
Anatoly Kalinkin was born on April 21, 1955, into a family of Moscow metro tunnel builders. The Kelmi family lived in a rented truck car, but in 1960, the company where the parents worked, allocated a separate apartment for them. Little Anatoly developed an interest in music at the age of 4, and when he was 8 years old, his parents happily sent him to study at a music school in the piano class.
The parents carefully took care of the boy's education, additionally Chris went in for sports, attending the football and tennis sections. Thanks to the support of caring parents, Anatoly received many awards and became a candidate for master of sports in tennis.
After graduating from high school, Tolya enters the Moscow Institute of Transport Engineering on the recommendation of his parents and graduates with honors, and later becomes a graduate student. Chris did not want to stop there and continued his development in culture, at the age of 27 Kelmi entered the famous music academy. Gnesins, and masters the specialty of a pianist.
Artist career
In 1970, Chris Kelmi assembles his first musical group - "Sadko", but it did not last long, after 2 years the group broke up. Chris later joined Leap Summer. In 1993, MTV released Chris Kelme's music video "The Old Wolf".
Personal life
The musician was married once, Lyudmila Kelmi became his wife. The relationship of this couple was envied by many, considering them ideal. In 1988, a long-awaited child was born to a married couple, he was given the name Christian - in honor of his father's pseudonym. The baby strengthened the relationship of the couple even more, which were already considered ideal, it seemed that there were no boundaries for their feelings. They lived together for a long thirty years, but because of Anatoly's addiction to alcohol, Lyudmila leaves shortly before his death.
On January 1, 2019, the famous author and performer of rock ballads tragically dies due to cardiac arrest all alone in his own dacha.
