If you already have one child in your family, you can plan the next one relatively calmly. The state takes care of women with two or more children, and constantly monitors the allocation of funds for the so-called "maternity capital", which is indexed annually to take into account inflation. It can be spent on improving housing conditions or set aside for the education of children. In addition, there is a birth allowance for each child and monthly payments until the child turns 1, 5 years old. If you go on maternity leave, then the organization in which you work is obliged to pay benefits for 3 years.

When the child is three years old, you will have to go to work. Don't worry about not getting a full-time job because the costs of early childhood education are too high. Contact the administration of your community with an application for a subsidy to pay for kindergarten. If the situation is serious enough, they will definitely help you. The state will cover up to 80% of all expenses for preschool education.

Social services can help you prepare your children for school. As a last resort, the necessary set of textbooks and stationery will be provided to you in accordance with the "Get your child to school" program or similar. School uniforms are usually issued free of charge in the same way, after contacting the school administration or social workers. Children from low-income families are entitled to free breakfasts and lunches in the school cafeteria.

If, for health reasons, you cannot have children, you can help improve the demographic situation by taking a child into foster care. All guardians receive good material compensation, which is quite enough to meet all children's needs.
