Childhood, adolescence
Alexander Alexandrovich Evstifeev was born on May 14, 1958 in the village. Deliriums of the Chelyabinsk region. He grew up in a simple family. Alexander's father worked as a cash collector at the State Bank of the USSR, and his mother worked as a nurse in one of the hospitals. The future lawyer was good at studying. In 1999, at the Ural State Law Academy, he defended his thesis on "The Formation of Patent Law in Russia". He was awarded the degree of Doctor of Laws.

In 2004, he graduated with honors from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, where he completed training in the specialty "Finance and Credit". Career
Alexander Evstifeev began working in his specialty immediately after graduating from Sverdlovsk University as a teacher, associate professor, then professor of the department of civil law, and also the dean of the investigative faculty.
In 2000-2002, Alexander Alexandrovich worked as the Deputy Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District. In this position, he showed himself to be a very competent lawyer. His task was to coordinate the adjustment of the laws of several regions in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
In 2002-2004 Evstifeev worked as a representative of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. After that, a turning point came in his career. In 2004-2012, he was the chairman of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal, which reviewed judicial acts adopted by the Moscow Arbitration Court. In this post, he managed to do a lot. But reviews of his work are highly controversial. Some believe that Evstifeev put things in order in the Ninth Arbitration Court and remember him as a very tough, demanding leader. In 2014, Alexander Alexandrovich became the chairman of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region. He was appointed to this position by decree of the President of the Russian Federation, In 2017, Evstifeev was appointed interim head of the Republic of Mari El. Alexander Alexandrovich was supposed to be in this post until the person elected by the inhabitants of the republic took office. A few months later, Evstifeev announced his decision to take part in the elections. He put forward his candidacy from the United Russia party. Before the elections, the leadership of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation withdrew its candidate. Evstifeev won a landslide victory. It was decided to build new schools and kindergartens, and construction work began almost immediately. During the year, a forensic medical examination bureau was built in Yoshkar-Ola. Evstifeev returned payments to large families, which had previously been canceled.
