Evgeny Viktorovich was born on September 10, 1964. The family lived in the village of Zhikhar (Kharkov region), and then in Kursk. The parents were workers. They invited Zhenya to do solo performances and began to produce it. The first hit of the singer was the song "My blue-eyed girl."
