When writing a letter, do not use obscene, offensive or rude language. The letter should not be very short and not very long. Don't write your letter in capital letters only. Complex phraseological phrases should be avoided, otherwise the essence of the address will be difficult to understand. You should also avoid spelling mistakes. Frankly illiterate letters are deleted. If the letter contains specific complaints, suggestions and / or statements, be sure to indicate your return address, to which recommendations for specific actions can be sent. Additionally, you can specify your contact phone number. The letter must be signed.
When writing letters concerning the appeal of court decisions, it should be remembered that justice in Russia is carried out only by the court (according to the Constitution of the Russian Federation).
