The official website of the President of the Russian Federation is www.kremlin.ru. To submit a statement, complaint or proposal, open the “Appeals” tab in the navigator bar or follow the link

Read the rules for processing emails to the President of the Russian Federation. Keep in mind that your application will initially go to the Office for Work with Citizens and Organizations and will not be considered if it does not meet the requirements.

The letter to the President should contain a specific problem, statement, complaint about actions or inaction of state and local authorities, as well as individual officials. Register on the site, indicating the last name, first name, patronymic and email address. This will allow you to track the fate of your application through your personal account. Then click on the "Send a letter" button, fill in information about yourself, select the addressee: the President of the Russian Federation or the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, as well as the subject of the appeal. Decide how you want to receive an answer: in electronic or written form. In the latter case, enter your mailing address in the appropriate fields.

In the "Text of the appeal" field, state the essence of the problem, name the specific names of officials, the address of the described place of action, fact or event. In addition, you can indicate your phone number for possible clarification of the content of your appeal.

The total length of a letter to the President of Russia should not exceed 2000 characters, so express your thoughts clearly, clearly and consistently. Break up the text into sentences, observe syntax and punctuation. Do not use transliteration - writing Russian words in Latin letters, and also do not type the text entirely in capital letters. Of course, the address should not contain obscene language and offensive language, no matter how strong your indignation at this or that fact.
