Dial 003 or 030 if you need to call the ambulance service from the mobile phone of the Beeline network.

Call 030 to call the ambulance team if your phone is connected to the MTS network.

Dial 030303 if your phone is served by the Megafon network and you need to call an ambulance.
Step 4
Call the emergency number 112 and follow the operator's further instructions.
Step 5
Make a call to the ambulance from a mobile phone connected to any operator by dialing the number according to the following scheme: country code - your city code-03-111.
Step 6
Answer clearly to the questions of the paramedic on duty so that the ambulance team is promptly sent to the patient. After receiving all the necessary information, you must be informed that your call has been accepted.

Consider the fact that the maximum time allowed by law for the arrival of an ambulance service is 20 minutes in cities with a population of over 100 thousand people. For other settlements, the Ministry of Health has not established temporary norms for the arrival of the "03" brigade, but there is a rule stating that medical care should be provided without delay.
Step 8
Repeat the call to the ambulance service again, if within half an hour you did not wait for the brigade. Remind the paramedic on duty that delaying assistance is tantamount to not providing it and leaving the person in danger of Art. 124 and 125 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. If this warning does not help, call the police.

Refer to the above law, which threatens with imprisonment for up to 3 years, if the paramedic on duty refuses to send you an ambulance for any reason. Usually such a measure has a sobering effect.

Consider in advance how to ensure unimpeded access by nurses to the patient if your home has a combination lock or dogs. To speed up the process, meet the "ambulance" in the courtyard of the house so that they do not look for your entrance and apartment for a long time.
