The appearance of a baby in a family is not only a long-awaited joy, but also a desire to give him all the best. Proper nutrition from the first days of life is the key to the future health of the little man. To provide each child with food that is suitable and balanced for his age, special milk distribution points are called upon.
Instructions
Step 1
Find out if you belong to the privileged category of citizens who can receive free baby food. Such food is provided:
- all children from birth to two years old;
- children under three years old, if the child is from a large family;
- children under 15 years old, if they suffer from any chronic disease;
- children under 18 years of age, if the child has a disability. In many regions, free meals for children under two years old are provided only to low-income families, so you must have a certificate of family income.
Step 2
Get a recipe for baby dairy cooking. To do this, you must visit the district pediatrician at the district children's clinic. He must issue a certificate authorizing the receipt of free baby food in the dairy kitchen. This prescription certificate will indicate the allowed amount of free food: the name of the product and its amount that will be handed out at each visit.
Step 3
The prescription is usually issued for a specific period (depending on the category of benefits and the age of the child). Therefore, when the expiration date of the certificate comes up, it will need to be obtained again. For children (except for the age of up to two years), you must submit documents confirming the benefits: a certificate of disability or confirmation that the child is from a large family. Such documents are issued by the bodies of social protection of the population.
Step 4
A certificate for a dairy kitchen must have the signature of the district pediatrician who issued it, the signature of the head of the children's clinic and the seal of the clinic. The manager's signature can be obtained by yourself or you can leave a certificate to the nurse so that she can give it for signature. Then the prescription is stamped in the registry of the children's clinic.
Step 5
Find out the location of the milk dispenser. Each address is assigned to a specific department of the children's dairy kitchen, you can clarify its location and opening hours at the registry of the children's clinic. Usually, the opening hours of the institution that provides free baby food is set from 6.30 to 10.00 local time.
Step 6
The prescription received from the district pediatrician should be taken to the milk distribution point, where it will be registered, assigned a number and informed on what days the food will be dispensed. You will need to come on the appointed days, sign and receive food for the child.
