Instructions
Step 1
Determine the range of problems for which you plan to call sanitary inspectors. Determine the maximum amount that you are willing to spend to pay for services. Remember that not all possible problems are included in the scope of SES activities. So, for example, the sphere of SES control does not include noise caused by the behavior of people, violation of peace and quiet by people in residential buildings and in the territory adjacent to buildings. For more information on what is included in the scope of the sanitary service, you can find out on its website.
Step 2
Find on the Internet the phones of the SES of your area, city, municipal district. Or the address and telephone number of the nearest branch of Rospotrebnadzor (currently SES is part of its structure). For the arrival of employees of the sanitary-epidemiological station, you must pay for the call. And then either call or visit the branch in person. As a last resort, write a statement and send it by mail. Better by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
Step 3
Call and resolve the issue, outline the situation, tell about all the symptoms and complaints. Usually, you will have to wait two weeks before the arrival of the sanitary inspector (depending on the case and the severity). You will be guided in more detail already in Rospotrebnadzor.
Step 4
Consider alternatives. In addition to contacting the state sanitary and epidemiological service, you can contact private companies. Companies engaged in the processing of premises must have the appropriate permission to carry out this type of work, a license and the entire package of necessary documents. In addition, all preparations used in disinfection must be certified and services must be guaranteed. Work must be carried out in accordance with the sanitary standards established by the TsGSEN authorities (disinfestation - SanPiN 3.5.2.1376-03, disinfection - SP 3.5.1378-03, deratization - SanPiN 3.5.3.1129-02).
