If there is a mess with neighbors, on the staircase: in order to call the local policeman, you need to know which strong point your house belongs to.
You can find out this way: you call the city's Ministry of Internal Affairs (there is in any directory on the first page; it immediately flies out if you look on the Internet), there you are switched to the ATC and already from the officer on duty you find out the address and phone number of your police strongpoint. If you're really too lazy - dial "02", name your street, house number, and thus you can also find out the phone number and address of your base point.

Now take your time. The police station is open from 9 to 21 hours. Employees work in two shifts. The first is from 9 to 18, the second - from 14 to 21. But this division is very conditional, it may be your district police officer at the time for which you agreed to suddenly have an urgent call.

Once you've figured out which inspector is serving your home, again you need to prepare properly. First, be clear about what (who) you are complaining about. It is better to draw up the application in duplicate. You give one to the district police officer, on the second one (this copy will remain with you) let the district police officer put his autograph. This precaution is good because if the district police officer negligently considers your application (written briefly, clearly, in the case) and the noise from the neighbors or the chatter in the corridor (from 23 to 7 in the morning) does not stop, after two such unconsidered statements, you can safely go to his superiors.

And one more piece of advice. One hundred and one business, willingly or unwillingly, can prevent the district police officer from reaching you. You will quickly settle your case if you come to his strong point yourself.
