If you are in an apartment or in a house, you have a landline telephone at hand, then dial 04 to call the emergency gas service.
Step 2
There are times when calling the emergency service from a landline phone is not possible and there is a need to urgently call the gas service from a mobile phone. Leading cellular operators of the country provide their subscribers with this opportunity. To do this, dial 040 on your cell phone - if you are a subscriber of the MTS, Megafon network or 004 - if your operator is Beeline. The emergency service is always free of charge, even if there is no SIM card in the phone.
Step 3
If you need to carry out routine maintenance of gas appliances, replace gas lines, units and other parts, contact the territorial dispatch service of the gas economy. The dispatcher will accept and register the request in the journal. The locksmith will receive an application and come to your home to inspect the gas appliance for a malfunction.
Step 4
After a specialist has inspected the gas equipment, conclude a repair contract with the gas industry. The locksmith will write out a receipt for payment of the work. Pay at the bank for this receipt, and a specialist will fix the malfunction of your device.

If you know which organization is on the balance sheet of your house, then in accordance with the agreement concluded between you, you have the right to maintain the internal gas pipeline without charging a fee. Call the technical department of gas facilities and submit an application for a scheduled inspection of the gas pipeline. Experts will check the draft in the chimneys, the tightness of the risers, the piping to the devices and the safety automation. Maintenance of the in-house gas pipeline is carried out once a year.
