Instructions
Step 1
To transfer your pension to a plastic card, go to the nearest bank branch. Take your passport and pension certificate with you. Write an appropriate statement, a sample of which you will be given.

Typically, the card is completed within 2-3 weeks. Therefore, at the time specified by the bank employee, come to the bank again and take the finished card. In addition to the card, you will receive a package of documents containing all the bank details and a personal password (pin code). Remember the pin code or write it down. You will have to dial these important four digits every time you use your bank card. In addition, this is a guarantee of your safety, do not tell the combination of numbers to strangers.
Step 3
With a ready-made plastic card, or rather, with its details, passport and pension certificate, go to the branch of the pension fund at your place of residence. Using the sample suggested by the specialist, write a statement in which you indicate your bank details and your account number, to which the pension will be transferred in the future. Write the application in two copies, one of which will remain with you. Ask the employee of the pension fund to make a note on your copy that the documents have been accepted. This will ensure that your application does not disappear and that the retirement payments are credited to your account on time.
