Set the polarization value (for the channel it is circular left "L" horizontal), flow rate (27500) and the security code value.
Step 2
Select "Start Search" by scrolling down the menu list. Wait for the search to complete. Click the "OK" button to confirm the update of the channel list. Exit the menu.

If you need to watch Internet video online, first make sure that your provider has the ability to provide you with such a service as IP-TV, ie. check your local network connection. Otherwise, you will have to change the provider, choosing the best one. Install the browser embeddable player. Download the program from the Internet at the request "Flash player", presented in the public domain.
Step 4
Install the downloaded program on your computer by clicking the "Run" command and choosing the default broadcast language. You will have to wait for the installation within one minute. Click Finish and run this program. Open "Settings" and enter the correct address of the working network card. The program will be automatically updated during operation.
Step 5
Reduce CPU usage by disabling all running windows and tabs in your browser. Cancel the download of various applications and updates. This will increase the reception speed of the online video signal and improve the picture. You can even turn off your antivirus program to do this.
