The future actor, screenwriter and producer was born in Montreal, Canada on March 20, 1989. Dolan's father is Egyptian-born actor Manuel Tadros. At the age of four, Xavier first appeared on the set: he starred as a model in an advertisement for a pharmacy chain. At the age of five, the boy played in a film on Canadian television.
