Tom Dugan is an American playwright, teacher, and theater and film actor. He has starred in the films Ghostbusters 2, Golden Ice 2: Chasing Gold and The Naked Pistol. He also played in the TV series "Bones", "Tales from the Crypt" and "Practice".
