A similar operation is carried out after the verdict of the court has been passed, but only after the consent, which is given by the criminal exclusively voluntarily. The Public Chamber of the Russian Federation has already proposed to the law-making bodies to introduce such an article into the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
