The question of the service of women in the army is far from new. Recently, the number of girls wishing to join the ranks of the armed forces continues to grow steadily. In Europe and America, it is a little easier for girls to get into the army than in Russia.

Step 1
Remember that a girl cannot be called up for compulsory military service without her personal consent. Those women who want to serve can enroll in military schools or ensigns schools, as well as conclude an agreement for military service - by contract. According to the physical state of health, the requirements for women are the same as for men.
Step 2
When you have made a decision about serving in the army, be sure to contact the military enlistment office at your place of residence, and also ask the commander of the military unit if there are vacancies specifically for women, since the military commissariat formalizes female persons only through the commander.
Step 3
If you have found a suitable vacancy that suits you, fill out the recruit form. Applications for contract service are registered and reviewed within a specified time frame. The requirements for all conscripts include: moral and mental health, draft age from 18 to 35 years old, must be suitable for military service, etc.
Step 4
Provide with the application the following mandatory documents: a written autobiography, a certified copy of a work record book, documents confirming the availability of education (higher or secondary vocational), identity documents, marriage certificate and copies of the birth of children and other documents provided for by law. Ask the leaders of your military unit for the exact list of documents.
Step 5
Wait for the decision of the draft board. However, the application can be returned by the unit commander if it does not meet the requirements for the candidate. If you have received confirmation of conscription, conclude a contract, carefully check its contents. If both parties are happy with the terms and conditions, sign it and wait for the service start date.
