Try to find a part using the website of the Russian Ministry of Defense, which contains all the information about the military, prisoners of war, those killed, missing during the Second World War and their place of service.

Take documents proving your identity and the identity of a conscript, a deceased or missing soldier.

Fill out the application form of the established form, which can be obtained on the spot. There you must indicate all the information you know about the person, his call, address of residence, etc.

Write a sample application to the appropriate person.
