Step 1
Get a medical certificate, which will contain information on your health status and the need and absence of contraindications for spa treatment. Such a document can be drawn up in your clinic with a general practitioner.

Contact the organization that provides military recreation and recreation - the Sanatorium Department of the Ministry of Defense of Russia. You can find out the coordinates of this organization in your region in your military unit.
Step 3
Arriving in person at the department, draw up an application for obtaining a voucher there according to the model. You can also request a referral to a sanatorium for your wife and children - the law gives you that right. Pass the application and medical certificate to the organization's staff.
Step 4
If your application is approved, get a travel order from the department. You will have to transfer it to the sanatorium itself, which you have identified as a resting place. Together with this paper, it will be necessary to provide, in addition to a medical certificate, a military ID and a vacation ticket. If you are a military pensioner, then show your pension certificate as well.
