Georgy Boos was born on January 22, 1963 in a family of engineers and technicians. Parents lived in Moscow. My father worked as a research assistant at a secret research institute. After demobilization in 1988, Georgy returned to civilian life and went to work at the Research Institute of Lighting Engineering. During this period, perestroika processes were gaining momentum. After the infamous August 1991 putsch, the Soviet Union collapsed. Privatization has begun in the country. After a short period of time, Boos became the general director of the association, which deals with artistic decoration and lighting of buildings and structures in Moscow. A couple of years later, Georgy Valentinovich received a Ph. D. in technical sciences.
At the end of 1995, Boos was elected to the State Duma. The political career of an experienced manager and scientist is developing rapidly. After the default, which occurred in the summer of 1998, he was appointed head of the Federal Tax Service. Boos already has no time to engage in creativity, since he is completely devoted to official activities. In 2005, Georgy Boos was appointed Governor of the Kaliningrad Region.

To date, Boos lives with his third wife. The husband and wife are raising and raising five children. It looks like serious love. The head of the family continues to work hard. In his free time, he likes to ride a motorcycle and sing romances with a guitar accompaniment.
