Step 2
Get an identification code for your child. There are situations when it is necessary to obtain an identification code for a minor. For example, when registering an inheritance. One of the parents must contact the tax office at the place of registration of the child. Provide the inspector with the completed application form, the child's birth certificate, and a parent's passport. Receive the code in 7-10 days.
Step 3
Get an identification code when you change your surname or lose your code. If you have changed your surname or lost the code, you must definitely contact the tax office to replace the identification code. Re-obtaining an identification code is a paid procedure. In the application, be sure to indicate the reasons for replacing the code. If you have changed your last name due to marriage or divorce, provide the inspector with a photocopy of your signed marriage or divorce certificate.

Contact the tax office if you are a foreigner and want to become a founder of a company or find a job. Fill out the application form for obtaining an identification code, provide the inspector with a copy of your passport with a mark of crossing the border. Receive your passport in 7-10 days.
