Biography
Nicholas Sparks was born in Omaha on December 31, 1965. The family of the writer included Irish, Germans, English and even Czechs. The boy's mother was a housewife and devoted herself entirely to the family, and his father worked at the university as a teacher. The Sparks' family tradition was to go to the Catholic Church regularly.
Father's work was associated with constant moving. The family often changed their place of residence. In 1984, Nicholas entered the financial university.
