The path to the heights
The biography of the future celebrity began in 1955. The girl was born in the city of Guadalajara on February 23 in a musical family. Guadelupe's mother is the sister of the famous actor and singer Antonio Agelara. After school, the graduate entered the capital's university UNAM, starting to study sociology.
His musical career began while studying at the Faculty of Sociology. The aspiring vocalist sang in local cafes, performed at parties. The artist founded the groups "Sanampay" and "La propuesta and Sanampay", recorded two discs with them. However, the girl soon decided on a solo career.
