Biography
Konstantin was born in Samara in 1981. His stage career is closely linked with his older brother, Boris. Although, in this case, we can only talk about conditional seniority, the difference between the brothers is 15 minutes.
The brothers' parents, Veniamin and Olga Burdaevs, worked as pharmacists.
Career
In 1998, the brothers create a group called Magellan. Later the collective was named "The Brothers Grimm". The collective does not have much popularity, remaining a local rock group for a long time.
In 2004 he moved to the capital, was engaged in the promotion of the Brothers Grimm group. In 2005, the band recorded their first studio album, named without any special frills, just like the group. The album was launched into rotation symbolically, on the brothers' birthday. The album became very successful, received the status of "gold". Compositions from it were actively played by radio stations.
The second album, "Illusions", was recorded not only in Moscow, but also in Kiev and New Zealand. It was released in 2006, just like in the case of the first one, the brothers timed the release to coincide with their birthday. The album retains the positive attitude characteristic of the former, but the quality of the recording progresses noticeably, in some compositions a symphony orchestra participates. Despite this, "Illusions" could not repeat the success of the first album. Professional critics give the album a C grade.
In 2007, the band's third album, "The Martians", was released, recorded entirely in Kiev. The musicians deviated from tradition, the album was released in November. Critics highly appreciated the new work of the brothers, but the length and monotony of the compositions were mentioned as shortcomings. Despite some excellent reviews, the album was most often rated three stars. The audience received the album warmly, but without much enthusiasm.
In 2009, Konstantin initiates the breakup of the group, without informing the rest of the team about his decision. His brother found out about it from the Internet. In 2010 the group started working again, but with a new line-up. Boris refused to participate with the project.
The group's fourth album, Wings of Titan, was released in 2010. The style remained recognizable and characteristic of the past compositions, but the release of this album did not become an event, the audience and critics took it coldly.
Personal life
In 2004, Konstantin begins a relationship with Lesya Krieg, the couple stayed together for 6 years, until Lesya's tragic death in 2010.
In 2012 she formalizes relations with Tamara Belotelova. The family did not live together for long, the couple divorced in 2018 because of Konstantin's romance with Tatyana Levina, who later became Konstantin's third wife.
