After Alex Hög Andersen appeared in the fourth season of the historical series Vikings, critics began to predict the future of the most promising actor in Denmark, and in the future - Hollywood. At the same time, the actor himself did not even think that such glory would fall on him.
Biography
Alex Hög Andersen was born in 1994 in a small town near Copenhagen. As a child, he was mobile and very nimble - his energy was enough for football, for study, for showdowns with friends, and there was still. And my mother decided to channel these surpluses in a good direction: she enrolled him in the school theater group. Alex resisted, did not want to be engaged in "some pieces", but when he tried it, he liked it.
This drama school provided very useful knowledge in performing arts, acting, teamwork and even the basics of the film business. It turned out that Andersen had a talent for acting, music, and organizational talent. Therefore, he was responsible not only for himself - he was instructed to control whole parts of the performances and express his opinion.
When Hyog's peers were seventeen years old, many of the amateur theater wanted to try their hand at cinema. Alex went with them. Here he saw what a big difference between theater and cinema, and the opportunity to visit the set completely captured him.
To become a professional, Alex enters the Copenhagen University at the Faculty of Mass Media, where, among other things, he studied the film business. From the first days of his studies, he participated in various television projects, starred in short films. However, very soon the director of "Vikings" noticed him and invited him to this project.
This was Andersen's finest hour - he got one of the central roles, and he played it superbly. The role of Ivar the Boneless, it seemed, was created especially for him. Well, or he is for this role. In order to look like a real Viking, Alex worked hard for a long time in the gym, pumping up his muscles.

Alex is still very young, he has a whole life ahead of him, but it is already clear that he has several main interests, which he prefers.
The photo
Alex is a big fan of photography, he devotes a lot of time to this occupation. He believes that he is now closely associated with cinema, but he will not necessarily remain an actor. Perhaps he will try his hand at directing or cinematography. And he will not give up photography, because for him it is both creativity and a way of communicating with the world.
Charity
Alex spends a lot of free time helping charities that fight cancer and help sick children. This is one of the main things of his life.

When Alex tells who he studied acting, he names Heath Ledger, Tom Hardy, Meryl Streep and others. When he watched them play, he learned something from each.
