Students of all Moscow educational institutions can pay for their metro fares with a single plastic card. In addition, you can pay with it in the school cafeteria. It can serve as a school pass and library card. For parents, it will be useful because it is an electronic diary. But first you have to get it.
It is necessary

Instructions
Step 1
Get a special questionnaire from the secretary of the educational institution, on the back of which is written detailed instructions for filling it out.
Step 2
Fill out the application form with a ballpoint pen in blue or black block letters. Errors and corrections cannot be made in it. In a crumpled form, they will not accept it either.
Step 3
Go to a photo studio and take a 3x4 photo of the student, and then paste it into the designated place on the application sheet.
Step 4
Certify the document with the seal of the educational institution, as well as the signature of the director or other responsible person.
Step 5
Next, hand over the questionnaire to one of the subway ticket windows or to the dispatch office. Usually all ticket offices sell tickets. But one of them is necessarily engaged in the design of social cards.
Step 6
The student must have an identity document with him. If there is no passport yet, then the child's birth certificate and the passport of one parent. Make photocopies of these documents. Also, a certificate will be required from the student, which indicates the school and class.
Step 7
Put money on the card at the same time. Approximately from 100 to 500 rubles. Children from poor families do not need money. Just get a certificate in advance from the Social Security Department confirming the status of the poor.
Step 8
The social card of Moscow is issued free of charge. But if it was lost or damaged, then you will have to pay for it within 50 rubles.
Step 9
In exactly ten working days, the student's social card will be ready. And you can get it. Of course, weekdays do not include holidays and weekends.
Step 10
Again, you must have an identity document, a stub from the application form and a receipt for payment of the card in case of its initial loss. This is how the card is issued.
