In 1958, on December 11, in the winter of Odessa, the future singer was born - Viktor Grigorievich Sigal. The boy's father was a good famous surgeon - Grigory Naumovich Sigal. Mom was a history teacher.
Vitya studied violin at a music school. At the same time, he mastered the game, piano, guitar. At the age of 14, he skillfully played the drums. A year later, the boy tried his hand at jazz groups. After 3 years, he already had his own group.
At the age of 19, he was taken to the Russian army on an order to Moscow. There Vitya often escaped from the barracks in the recreation center "Zamoskvorechye", he liked to listen to jazz music. Farmakovsky himself went to it, Chilap.
Music career
After serving 2 years, he wanted to return home, but the circumstances were different. He was offered to stay in Moscow and teach jazz, and he accepted the offer. For several years he became the best in the USSR. In 1985, Victor leaves for the "Merry Guys". After working for 3 years, Andreev replaced him, and Signal made friends with Glyzin. Soon the new song of the Seagull is ready - "Winter Garden". This music was performed at a concert by Pugacheva. Then a few more songs (about 20) were written for Glyzin, and then he creates his own group called "URA". The most noisy songs: "Winter Garden", "Ashes of Love", "You are not an angel."
Creation
In 1991, the song "Beautiful Girl" was written, dedicated to Dubovitsky's wife, Tanya Ovsienko. They knew each other. About Tanya, he says that she is purposeful, stubborn, but stubbornness in a good way, in order to achieve the goal. And from the very beginning the Seagull liked her, but Tanya did not. She rewrote, reworked. The song is out. She immediately liked her, they began to play her as the hit of the year. The Seagull is awarded with the “Song of the Year” awards.
In 1993 he acts as a vocalist, sings the hit song "Mona Lisa". In 1995, the musician toured as the manager of the duo Yaki-Da. So the group visited different cities of the CIS. And not only them, Victor brought other groups as well: In-Grid, Bad Boys Blue. In the winter of 1996, a solo album appeared. Chaika has its own music and lyrics in the collections. And later the project "Child of Vice" was released for Moiseev Bori. The project has gained popularity. Borya went out with her 2 times in the capital Moscow, then in the cities of Russia.

In 1997, he was greeted by the country of the USA with numbers of solo songs. On his return to Moscow, he writes an album for Fovorskaya, which has not been published. Victor marked the 50th anniversary with 2-day concerts. At his concert, the very people whose songs he created sang. He continues his creative path in the series "The Last Secret of the Master". He writes the 3rd album synchronously. In 2017, Seagull wrote the soundtrack for "The Tale of Peter and Fevronia". Where, the music was written by Chaika, the text was written by Polina Sigal, and Valeria sang.
Personal life

He always started the feast with a glass of vodka, it was difficult to drink it, but he himself did not get very drunk, or rather, it was not visible from him. The musicians had their own restaurant in Sheremetyevo, where they could drink alcohol until morning and eat caviar.
Sasha later married Lena. Everything happened interesting. The wife of the director of the group with a friend came to the concert of the group "Merry Boys". Then they went backstage. In the dressing room, everyone was changing clothes, and suddenly a stranger comes in. Sasha immediately fell in love. And Lesha Glyzin was a common favorite among women. And he was not lost either. The girls were taken to hotel rooms, although not allowed. Therefore, they showed invention, distracted the administrator, carried them in the drums.
And in Finland it's even more interesting on tour. Somehow a young fan, thinking that the group was from Italy, entered the dressing room. She grabbed Victor by the hand and offered to get to know each other better. They went out on the face, and then she began to assure that she wanted to introduce her to her parents. I had to go to her house. Fortunately, only my brother was at home. Then he left her with difficulty, she accompanied him to the club, and there he had to go home, the concert had already ended.
Did the composer fall in love? The first wife was jealous. And in truth, there was love. But there was also an understanding that if you make further plans with the artist (Irina Allegrova, Tanya Ponarovskaya showed interest), you will have to be a part of her life, and Chaika loves freedom. When Signal married Tanya Agurbash, everyone began to say that he married for convenience, because her father was engaged in the production of sausages. And by the way, Viktor Signal and Tanya are vegetarians. He loved Tanya, but in his opinion they were different in character.
Currently, the artist is single, free. And according to him, his baggage is songs. And also good relations with ex-wives and, of course, with children.
