The worse the situation in the countries of near and far abroad, the more people tend to emigrate to Russia. But our country is not ready to accept unlimited numbers of emigrants with open arms. We will offer one of the ways of legal emigration to our country.

Step 1
First, familiarize yourself with the Russian legislation governing population migration issues. These are federal laws: “On the citizenship of the Russian Federation” “On the legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation”, “On the procedure for leaving the Russian Federation and entering the Russian Federation”, “On the migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation”.
Step 2
The easiest way to get to Russia is with a work quota. Find an organization that has permission to recruit foreign forces. This organization must issue a work invitation. With this invitation, go to the Russian embassy in your country. Apply for a visa.
Step 3
Upon arrival in our country, register with the FMS within three days. Please note that the registration must be handled by the company that invited you. Registration is carried out for the duration of the visa, but not more than 6 months.
Step 4
Next, you must obtain a temporary residence permit. The package of documents required for submitting an application is individual. It depends on your position and the country from which you migrated. Keep in mind that all the necessary documents are collected in Russia, except for a passport valid for at least three to four years and a birth certificate.
Step 5
After obtaining a temporary residence permit, register for three years at the address that you indicated in the application. Do not forget to register for tax purposes. (You must do this during the first year of residence in Russia).
Step 6
A year after receiving the TRP, confirm your residence in Russia. After that, submit an application for a residence permit to the territorial office of the Federal Migration Service.
Step 7
After obtaining a residence permit and obtaining a permanent residence permit, feel free to apply for Russian citizenship.
