Families with three or more children under the age of 18 receive the status of large families. It is necessary

  • - a certificate confirming the status of a large family;
  • - passport;
  • - birth certificates of all children;
  • - income statement;
  • - Marriage certificate;
  • - court decisions;
  • - divorce certificate;
  • - certificate of family composition;
  • - a certificate from the housing department;
  • - certificate of income of an individual from the place of work in the form of 2-NDFL;
  • - application for registration.

Instructions

Step 1

Decide what you want to buy: an apartment, land or other property, using the benefits. Having prepared the necessary documents, contact the authorities that maintain the waiting lists.

Step 2

Visit the Housing Department of the City Administration. It is possible that in this institution there are also specialists who are exclusively engaged in the registration of large families. In each city, this issue is resolved individually, so it's best to find out everything in advance.

Step 3

Write an application for registration, it must be signed not only by you, but also by all family members who are 18 years old at the time of drawing up the document. Make photocopies of the first page of your passport, as well as where the registration is. Prepare copies of birth certificates for all children.

Step 4

Show documents that allow you to classify your family as having many children. As a rule, this certificate is issued by the social protection authorities. Get papers confirming your place of residence and other family members by registration, this can be done at the housing department or, if we are talking about the private sector, at the quarter. Certify the certificate in the administration with a round seal. It lists all family members, indicates the year of birth of each of them, the date of compilation and the signature of the person who issued the paper.

Step 5

Bring documents from the content of which it is clear what income you and your family members had in the last year prior to applying for registration (as a rule, if you work, this document becomes a certificate of income of an individual from the place of work in form 2- Personal income tax).

Step 6

Provide papers that contain information about the composition of the family, the degree of kinship of family members in relation to each other. As such, there may be: marriage certificate, birth certificate, divorce certificate, court decisions on the establishment or cancellation of various legal facts.

Step 7

Collect certificates confirming your right to provide additional square meters. For example, indicating the amount of living space per one member of your family at the time of contacting the administration for registration.

Step 8

After you are put on the waiting list for the purchase of housing or the receipt of a land plot, you will immediately be given a notification of the established form with a serial number and the date of re-appeal, during which you will be explained how many people the queue has advanced. When yours comes up, you will come and receive documents confirming the right to acquire ownership of the property.
