When registering your company, the tax authorities assigned you OGRN - the main state registration number of a legal entity. This number is assigned once and for all. But the PSRN certificate form can be lost or become unusable. In this case, you will have to get a duplicate of it from the tax authorities.
Instructions
Step 1
Pay the state fee for the re-issuance of a certificate of state registration of a legal entity in the amount of 800 rubles. In this case, it is desirable that the payment was made from the company's current account. A lot of misunderstandings arise with the payment of fees in the event that the organization was registered before 2002, when the PSRN did not yet exist. So if your company was organized before 2002, it is better to clarify the size of the fee and the BCC directly in the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service, so as not to waste your money.
Step 2
Specify, if necessary, the details of the recipient (Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service) either in the inspection itself or on the official website of the Federal Tax Service. To do this, select your region in the site menu, then in the lower left corner find the heading "Useful categories", and below it - a link with the details for legal entities. All the necessary data, including TIN, KPP, OKATO code, account number, BIK, KBK lists, etc., will be indicated in the spreadsheet you received. Also on the site you can specify the address and phone numbers of the tax authority authorized to register (in the menu "Find out the address of the IFTS").
Step 3
Write an application for the issuance of a duplicate of the OGRN certificate addressed to the head of the registering body of the tax inspectorate in two copies. In the application, indicate the name of your organization, TIN / KPP numbers, OGRN, as well as your address and contact phone number. In the text, indicate that you are asking for a copy of the OGRN certificate in connection with the loss, sign and date. Take this statement personally to the tax office. Do not forget your passport and state duty receipt. Also, just in case, take the constituent documents of your organization (provided that they are not lost by you).
Step 4
Get a duplicate of the OGRN certificate by personally visiting the tax office again, after 5 days.
