Step 1
First, decide which prosecutor you intend to write to. There are about 55 thousand prosecutors in our country. This does not mean that there is a choice, but that the servants of the law are categorically lacking. The population of our country is more than 140 million people, that is, there is one prosecutor for about 2.5 thousand citizens. And each of them clearly has someone to complain about.
Step 2
In the application, indicate either the name of the prosecutor's office to which the appeal is sent, or the name of the prosecutor's employee. According to the law, as a rule, the application is submitted to the district prosecutor's office at the sender's place of residence. You can send the application by mail (necessarily with a notification) or bring it in person (if you are sure that you can agree with the clerical staff about the acceptance of your written request). According to statistics, out of every 10 applications, four to five are registered. The main reason for refusals is incorrect design. Better come to the office in advance, write off the sample, and then bring a ready-made application.
Step 3
The application to the prosecutor's office can be typed or handwritten in legible handwriting. If the text of the complaint cannot be read, the prosecutor has the right to leave it without consideration. In the application, indicate who you are contacting, as well as your last name, first name and patronymic, postal address. Further, in free form, but adhering to the official language, describe the essence of your dissatisfaction. You do not need to know legal terms and concepts. Profanity is not allowed.
Step 4
Don't overwhelm the prosecutor's office with numerous complaints. If the application is written correctly, then the answer will surely come. If the document lacks any data, the prosecutor will notify you of this and tell you where, in what authorities and authorities you can get the necessary information. According to the law, 30 days are given for consideration of the application. Your appeal can be approved, rejected, reviewed or redirected.
