This means that you will not receive your position immediately, but after the employee leaves or retires. This wait can drag on for several years. In order not to sit at home without work waiting for a phone call from the HR department, you can get a job at the prosecutor's office for free work and carry out various small assignments. After some time, you can ask your head of department to write a report in order to accept you on the staff.
