Sergei Kornev did not immediately decide to become a writer. As a child, he wanted to be a hockey player, a football player. In his youth, the future writer took up music seriously. But then the young man was so carried away by writing that now it has become the work of his whole life.

Sergey Kornev was born in 1980, on August 22. He was born in the city of Derbent. With his parents, the boy moved to the Ryazan village. The writer still likes the poetic name of this place - Berezovo, he considers this settlement and Derbent to be his two Homelands.
Speaking about himself, Sergei Kornev recalls that he managed to serve in the army, worked as a village teacher, loader, street musician, office worker.
Sergei was both an atheist and an Orthodox, sold religious books, then managed to try on the image of a monarchist, sectarian and even a nationalist. He studied psychology, esotericism, magic in order to find answers to eternally exciting questions. The result was disappointment and depression.
A bright feeling brought the young man out of her. But, as he himself says, he fell in love 100 times. He had the same number of enemies and friends, and among casual acquaintances there were more than 1000 people.
Creation
Emotional throwings led the young man to literary activity, so he became a writer and created several books. Among Sergei's creations is a collection of stories.
When he was interviewed, he told the readers how he established the sequence of small works in the collection. Sergei wrote the title of his stories on a piece of paper, after which he selected them one by one with his eyes closed. In what sequence it was, in this then the stories in the collection were arranged.
Career
Kornev answers the journalists' questions that he would be glad if a film would be made based on any of his books. Speaking about his work, the writer notes that he does not like to invent, but simply sows the seed of an idea into fertile soil, which then sprouts and develops.
The writer remembers his first creations. The work "Birthday" tells the story of a young lonely musician. The story "Library" reveals the secret of a girl who lives a double life.
Since then, Sergei has created many works, he has a book about a family, which consists of two collections.
The study of oriental culture led to the creation of the work "Yin-Yang", which included several stories for men and women. Therefore, the book has such a title.
Among the works of the young writer, one can also find mystical ones. After all, he likes it when such a direction is intertwined with reality.
