The famous actress of the Soviet and Russian theater and cinema, People's Artist, owner of more than a dozen prestigious film awards, writer, founder and director of his own theater - all this is perfectly combined in one person, the most beautiful woman Alla Demidova.
Childhood
The roots of the family of Alla Sergeevna Demidova (born September 29, 1936) go to the famous gold miners, which was the reason for the repression of her father, whom the girl hardly remembered. Having gone to war, Sergei Demidov died, and the upbringing of his daughter fell entirely on the shoulders of his mother, Alexandra Kharchenko.
The desire to become an actress, and certainly a great one, appeared in the girl at an early age. Her whole further life was aimed at fulfilling her childhood dream.
At school, as usual, I attended the rehearsals of the drama circle, dreamed of significant roles and was upset that I had to play boys.
It was not possible to get to study at a theater university the first time, they refused because of diction.
Receiving a diploma from Moscow State University and working in a specialty for a short time did not suppress a passionate desire to become an actress. The second attempt to enter the Shchukin school was successful, even a slight lisp did not prevent.
Theatre
Even having received a "red diploma" after graduating from "Pike" Alla could not get into the desired theater, and went "where they took" - to the theater on Taganka. Spiritual kinship with the director Yuri Lyubimov did not work out, for a long time she played minor roles in extras. Already here the talent and character of the aspiring actress manifested itself, she was noticed by the viewer, and her difficult road to fame began.
Gradually, Demidova took a leading position and became the leading actress of the theater, although, according to the actress, he never fully revealed her acting capabilities. The result was her departure in the late 80s to director Roman Viktyuk.
In the difficult 90s for the theater, the actress decided to take a risky step - she opened her own theater "A" and realized through cooperation with the Greek director Theodoros Terzopoulos her understanding of the stage image and the role of the actor in the staging process.
The unique purposefulness of the actress and the pronounced tragedy helped her to express herself in poetry reading - her poems sound like finished dramatic works.
Movie
Not attaching great importance to cinema as a great art, Alla Demidova managed to create a large number of beautiful and memorable roles on television and cinema screens.
Her film career began in 1957, when she received an invitation to play in the Leningrad Symphony. Widespread fame came with the release of the painting "Shield and Sword". Subsequently, there were many roles that were significant and not so much.
In the 90s, many directors wanted to see her on their sites, but the actress refused to appear in low-quality films, where the stake was placed on her fame, and not on the depth of the role.
Personal life
Alla Demidova is a non-public person, in life she adheres to strict rules, does not let outsiders into her inner circle.
The husband of the actress from 1961 until his death was Vladimir Valutsky, known to the viewer for the scripts of "Winter Cherry", "Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson", the famous film "Admiral" and others.
They lived together for half a century, and the only thing the artist regrets about is the absence of children in their life.
Now Alla Sergeevna travels a lot around the world with her performances, performances and master classes.
The actress's literary talent was revealed in writing books (there are already six of them), where she reflects on the role and meaning of art, shares her memories of her contemporaries.
