The program of generic certificates has been operating within the framework of the national project "Health" since 2006. The introduction of such documents is aimed at improving the level of medical care for expectant mothers in state and municipal institutions.

Instructions
Step 1
To obtain a birth certificate, you must register with a state antenatal clinic at an early stage of pregnancy and be monitored continuously by a doctor in the future. Moreover, the certificate makes it possible to give birth in any maternity hospital in Russia.
Step 2
When your pregnancy has reached 30 weeks (if you are expecting two or more babies - 28 weeks), the birth certificate will be filled out and given to you in the antenatal clinic. The certificate can be obtained during the registration of maternity leave along with the sick leave or, in extreme cases, already in the hospital.
In addition to the spine for confirming the issuance of the certificate, which remains in the organization that issued the document, the generic certificate includes three tear-off coupons. The first is intended for the antenatal clinic, which observed the expectant mother during pregnancy; the second keeps the maternity hospital for himself; the third goes to the district children's polyclinic, to which the child is attached after birth.
Step 3
The document gives the right to choose a maternity hospital, but this does not apply to commercial clinics. If a woman prefers a contract delivery option (i.e. she enters into a contract with a specific doctor and obstetrician), the certificate cannot be used to pay for their work. The woman also cannot receive the cost of the certificate in cash.
In other cases, the transfer of funds is made from the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation. The antenatal clinic receives 3000 rubles. Part of this amount is used to pay for medical workers, the rest is spent on new equipment and medicines. The maternity hospital is allocated 6,000 rubles, which are spent on salaries of medical workers, equipment, medicines, additional food for women, etc. According to coupon No. 3, children's polyclinics are entitled to 2,000 rubles each for the salaries of medical staff.
